Tim was terrific. He was very responsive and fitted the job in straight away.
He had lots of good info for how to best manage carpet accidents and stains and worked his science on some fairly challenging stains to my wool carpet -with a good outcome despite the stains being dark, acidic in nature, and surrounded by larger water marks.
